Principal & Chief Business Officer recognized for leadership, impact and advancing opportunity in motorsports.
MADISON, WIS. – Victoria Thomas, Principal & Chief Business Officer of Kellymoss, has been named to the 2026 100 Women to KNOW in America list by KNOW Women, a global media company and network for ambitious business leaders.
The annual award recognizes 100 of the most accomplished and influential women across North America, including entrepreneurs, executives, creatives and philanthropists who are driving impact in their industries while creating opportunities for the next generation. Honorees were selected through a nomination and interview process and will be recognized at the KNOW Women Summit on April 14 in Phoenix.
Thomas is being recognized for her leadership in building on Kellymoss’ legacy as the winningest team in Porsche racing history, while actively reshaping the future of motorsports by creating access, visibility, and opportunity for women in an industry traditionally dominated by men.
“I am incredibly honored to be included among such an inspiring group of women who are leading, building and creating meaningful change,” said Thomas. “My journey into motorsports was not traditional, but it has reinforced that there is space for different perspectives and new voices in every industry. This recognition is a reflection of the team we’ve built at Kellymoss and our shared commitment to pushing boundaries both on and off the track.”
Thomas joined Kellymoss more than a decade ago after owning and operating her own accounting firm and was initially brought in to evaluate the company’s financial performance. Since becoming co-owner, she has helped scale the business into a nationally recognized motorsports leader, driving more than 900% growth across its Porsche racing and Porsche build platforms.
Beyond business growth, Thomas has played a key role in shaping a culture centered on inclusion, access and long-term impact. Under her leadership, Kellymoss has launched initiatives designed to expand access to motorsports careers, particularly for women and underrepresented communities. One of those initiatives includes “Be Your Own Hero,” a program that introduces young people to careers in motorsports through hands-on experiences and mentorship, helping to create a pipeline for future drivers, engineers and industry professionals.
The 2026 100 Women to KNOW honorees will be celebrated at the KNOW Women Summit, a two-day event featuring workshops, panels, networking opportunities and an awards gala recognizing female leaders from across North America.
