Expanding opportunities for women and minorities key to growth

Kellymoss deeply believes the key to growth for our industry lies in expanding opportunities, embracing diversity, and enhancing the accessibility of motorsports so it can be enjoyed by more fans who recognize that racing can offer viable career paths and a relatable story for people from all walks of life.

From developing female drivers to attracting fans from less privileged communities to igniting passion for motorsports in our youth, we've gathered these goals into a formal platform -  Race Forward: Driving Diversity for Motorsports Growth.

In 2024, we have not one, but two, incredible athletes on our racing team delivering on our Race Forward mission - Loni Unser, a well-known 4th-generation name in racing lore, and Jordan Wallace, the first African American to compete in the Porsche Carrera Cup North America series.
